Article 6 - Force Majeure

- The minimum booking duration within Europe depends on the destination, but is usually at least 8 to 12 hours. If same-day return is not possible, an overnight stay will be required.
- For bookings outside Europe, the minimum booking time is 24 to 48 hours.

Review and confirmation

Travel and accommodation

Article 8 - Cancellation or modification by Soso Lobi High Class Escort

Soso Lobi High Class Escort reserves the right at all times to cancel and/or modify a booking if one or more of the following situations occur:

- The location requested by the Customer is not available or does not meet the requirements set;

In the event of a change or cancellation in accordance with the above, Soso Lobi High Class Escort shall notify the Customer as soon as possible.

Changes during the execution of the booking are only permitted if the model expressly agrees. Any additional costs arising from such changes must be paid prior to execution.

A delay in the model's arrival of up to a maximum of 30 minutes due to force majeure or transport problems does not entitle the Customer to cancel. For a delay of more than 30 minutes, the Customer may cancel the booking by telephone without charge, unless the booking was made less than 4 hours prior.

The Customer has the right to cancel the booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the agreed departure of the model to the booking location. Cancellations within 48 hours before departure are subject to full payment: 100% of the agreed booking amount is due in that case. In such cases there will be no refund of payments, unless there is demonstrable force majeure and this is explicitly acknowledged by the management of Soso Lobi High Class Escort.

Article 10 - Prices & price changes
